Abstract submission

Please fill out the form below to submit your abstract for ICVS 2026.  The deadline for abstract submission has been extended to 15th May 2026. ICVS offers a limited number of travel awards to support students in attending the conference. ICVS can only consider late requests for travel support (during the abstract submission extension period) if you have extenuating circumstances.  You can contact the treasury directly via the ‘contact us’ page at www.ICVS.info if you would like a late request to be considered.
