Talks
Regular talks should be 12 minutes to allow 3 minutes for questions. You will be given a warning at 10 minutes. Please upload your powerpoint presentation using the web form below as far in advance of your session as possible. The upload process should be quick and easy (2 minutes!).
Posters
Posters should be A0, portrait. They should be mounted at the beginning of the day on which you are presenting and removed at the end of the day. Presenters in the session on Monday 17th have the option of mounting posters at the beginning of Sunday 16th. Students in particular are encouraged to do this, so judges for the student poster award have more time to review the posters. You have the option to upload your poster using the web form below as far in advance of your session as possible. The upload process should be quick and easy (2 minutes!). Students in particular are encouraged to upload posters to allow judges of the student poster award more time to review the posters.
Uploading presentations
Please upload your powerpoint slides for your talk using this form as far in advance of your session as possible (any time from now is fine!). If you are presenting a poster, you may upload your poster via the same form. You will be asked whether you would like us to facilitate digital poster sharing with conference delegates, if not you may still upload your poster to have a backup.
