Early-bird registration is available until 12th June 2026. Following this date, registration will cost £640 (regular), £490 (student) and £575 (accompanying). To qualify for student registration you must be a current undergraduate, Masters or PhD student, or a postdoc who obtained their PhD no earlier than the beginning of the last membership cycle (1st January 2024).

We also offer an option of payment by bank transfer (UK BACs or International Bank transfer). Please get in touch with us at icvs2026[at]gmail.com for details of how to pay by bank transfer.  

If you have applied for a student travel award please don't pay your registration fee until you have had the outcome of your application as it may affect your registration rate.
